Precautions
1. The motor has excellent comprehensive performance when working under its nominal rated voltage. It is recommended that the working voltage of the mobile phone circuit design is as close as possible to the rated voltage design.
2. The control module that supplies power to the motor should consider its output impedance as small as possible to prevent the output voltage from drastically dropping under load and affecting the vibration inductance.
3. When checking or testing the locked-rotor current of the column motor, the locked-rotor time should not be too long (less than 5 seconds is appropriate), because all the input power is converted into heat energy (P=I2R) during the locked-rotor, and too long may cause The coil is deformed due to high temperature rise, which affects performance. .
4. When designing the positioning slot of the motor with a mounting bracket, the gap between the motor and the phone case should not be too large, otherwise additional vibration (mechanical noise) may occur. The use of rubber sleeves can effectively avoid mechanical noise, but attention should be paid to the case The positioning groove and the rubber sleeve should adopt an interference fit, otherwise it will affect the vibration output of the motor and reduce the vibration feeling.
5. Avoid close to the strong magnetic area when transferring or using, otherwise it may cause the magnetic distortion of the motor's magnetic steel surface and affect the performance.
6. Pay attention to the welding temperature and welding time when welding. It is recommended to use 320℃ for 1-2 seconds. Too long time and high temperature may damage the lead insulation.
7. Take out the motor unit from the packaging box or avoid pulling the lead wire forcefully during the welding process, and it is not allowed to bend the lead wire at a large angle many times, otherwise the lead wire may be damaged.
